1 General Introduction and Acknowledgement

Each user may only have one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited.

Regular players will have the opportunity to join our three-tier VIP program. The tiers are:

8 Account Suspension and Closure

baj9 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• An order is received from a court or regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by the User
